- Taormina-Giardini station has three passenger-service tracks.

Walking Around Giardini Naxos
You can explore central Giardini Naxos on foot, with the town centre within walking distance of the hotel. The area’s streets, seafront and local history are part of what defines Giardini Naxos old town.
Walking times vary considerably for destinations beyond the centre. For instance, Torre Vignazza is about 15 minutes on foot from the hotel, while Isola Bella is about 96 minutes on foot. For longer trips, consider the bus or a car rather than treating every destination as a walk from town.

Using Alcantara and Taormina-Giardini Stations
Alcantara and Taormina-Giardini are the two railway stations to consider for train journeys from the Giardini Naxos area.
RFI identifies Taormina-Giardini as a passenger station with three passenger-service tracks. The station has a barrier-free route to platform 1, but no lift route, tactile path from the station entrance to the platform, or raised platform edge.
Assistance for passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility is available through the Messina Sala Blu. You can request it in person or by telephone up to 12 hours before train departure or arrival, during Sala Blu opening hours.
Alcantara station does not provide assistance to passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility. If accessibility support matters for your journey, check the relevant station details and train arrangements before setting out.

Getting to Taormina and Isola Bella
You can connect Giardini Naxos with Taormina by bus or train, then use local connections to reach coastal destinations.
Isola Bella is a longer walk from the hotel, at about 96 minutes on foot, or about 14 minutes by car. The Riserva Naturale Orientata Isola Bella access guide covers the reserve and how to visit.
When a Car Is Useful
A car can help with longer journeys, while parking and traffic restrictions need consideration in Taormina.
The Taormina Hotel Association names Porta Catania, Porta Pasquale, Lumbi and Mazzarò among Taormina’s public car parks. Lumbi has a shuttle to the centre, while Mazzarò connects to the historic centre by cableway. Shuttle buses run between Lumbi and Porta Catania car parks and Porta Messina and the town centre approximately every 15 minutes.
Access restrictions are introduced in Taormina at certain times during high season or for specific events; residents and hotel guests are permitted to enter the town centre. Most of the old town is pedestrianised, and side streets leading to Corso Umberto include flights of steps. If you drive, check access and parking arrangements before you go.
Hotel Nike offers four-star rooms in Giardini Naxos.
